Educator workshops focus on teacher professional development, alternative assessment methods, standardized testing seminars, curriculum development and teaching methods in mathematics and literacy acquisition. A separate strand is a focus on parent information and integrated professional development for teachers as well as teacher mentoring. Program Development/ Strategic Planning
KinderSmart provides consulting services to private and public schools, and educational organizations in the areas of curriculum development and the development of collaborative learning communities. I utilize multi-method qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with the goal to provide in-depth information and data to support program enhancement and development. Projects in this area often are based on an integrated collaborative approach with program staff , the administrative team and the broader school community of a program or school.
