Program Development/ Strategic Planning
KinderSmart provides consulting services to private and public schools, and educational organizations in the areas of program development and strategic planning. These services are customized to your organization’s needs and goals. In the past clients, have often integrated these services into their long-term strategic planning process and their program development goals. I utilize multi-method qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with the goal to provide in-depth information and data to support program enhancement and development. Projects in this area often are based on an integrated collaborative approach with program staff , the administrative team and the broader school community of a program or school.
