Welcome to KinderSmart! We are an evolving group of educators and parents with the goal to share and build knowledge that will better the lives of our children and those around them. Founded and coordinated by Patricia Jarvis, Ph.D. we provide customized educational services, in the areas of assessment and alternative assessment methods, curriculum development, and literacy and math instruction in the elementary school years. We also provide parent education workshops and presentations in our local communities in the areas of early child development, program and school alternatives, children’s learning styles and ways to partner with your Preschool or Elementary School to help your child grow and learn.
A separate but equally important part of our work is focused on pedagogy (especially as it relates to learning styles and diverse learners) teacher preparation, professional development and collaborative learning communities.
